At your treatment I will arrive at the agreed time and set up in preparation for your treatment. At our first appointment I will take a full medical/lifestyle/wellbeing history, and will work with you to understand your reasons for seeking reflexology. I will then give you a treatment where I will assess all systems of the body. At subsequent treatments, I will use this consultation and previous treatments to tailor make a plan specifically for you. At the start and end of all sessions I will check in on you and discuss any potential findings. At each appointment, we will discuss an ongoing treatment plan, including recommended frequency of appointments (if necessary).
Loose trouser bottoms are preferable, to enable me to be able to access the lower leg during the treatment.

It can be quite normal following a treatment to feel very relaxed, and potentially more sleepy than usual. You may find you need to pass urine more frequently, and on occasion may experience a mild headache as a result of toxin release - I encourage all clients to drink plenty of water following our sessions. If you have any concerns following our session, I encourage clients to contact me.

Reflexology is a treatment suitable for most people, all ages and at all stages of life. However, there are a few times where it may not be possible/recommended to receive a treatment. These include:
Current DVT
Medical test in the next 48 hours
Wide spread infection of feet, or contagious infection
Under the influence of alcohol/drugs
Under 12 weeks of pregnancy
Currently receiving chemotherapy (it is possible to treat prior to , or a few days following treatment)

I accept bank transfers and cash payments, which I kindly request are paid on the day of treatment.

I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation, to allow appointments to be opened up to other clients. I will send out reminders of our appointment, a day or two before.
